Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Joanna leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Helene Rogers (Fox) and Vernon L. Rogers; the father of her children James Sabo; and her husband Frederick Schwarz. She is survived by: her children, Beth Ann Gross (Barry C.) and James B. Sabo (Katia); and her grandchildren, Daniel James Gross (Julianne Trout), Aaron J. Gross (Olivia) and Jamie B. Sabo (Eduardo). She is also survived by her three sisters-in-law; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM at the Saul Colonial Home (3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Township, NJ 08690). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the same location.
