He is survived by: his wife Coleen Delate Ruhl; his children, Wayne Ruhl of Cape May, NJ, Brian (Dawn Ruhl) and Beverly Parada of Southampton, NJ; his grandchildren, Jake, Justin, Brian, Anthony and Jenna; his great grandchild Eowyn; and his in-laws, Barbara, Frederick Pagano, Beth, Charles DiFranco, Kathleen Delate, Robert Flynn, Jr. and Gregory M. Delate. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and good friends.
