He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Diaz and Barbara Diaz. He is survived by: his wife Georgianna Diaz (Taddeo); his children, Christopher Diaz (Kim), Gregory Diaz, Carl Alioto, Scott Alioto, Christina Batjer (Brian) and Kim Shultz; his grandchildren, Sam Diaz, Theresa Diaz, Jonathan Covill, Lucas Batjer and Ryan Batjer; his brothers, Joseph Diaz (Marilyn) and Anthony Diaz (Beverly); and his sisters-in-law, Maria Paladino (Tom) and Helen (late Frank Taddeo).
