He was predeceased by: his father Michael Olynyk Sr. (Carmella Olynyk); his wife Peggy Ann; his mother Emma Florence Austin Soulas (Harold Soulas); his in-laws, Mary Lou Grace, Frederick "Cash" Badessa, James and Patricia Pitcher; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Pitcher and James Sienkiewicz.
He is survived by: his children, Michael III (Lori) and Shannon Aldi; his grandchildren, Alexa Aldi, Vincent Graziano, Amanda Cook (Joseph) and Erica Liska (Craig); his great grandchildren, Sophia Cook and Dylan Liska; his siblings, Joseph Olynyk (John Sahas), John Olynyk and Karen Quinlan (Rich); his siblings-in-law, Lorie, Michael Haggerty, George Carson (Debbie), James Pitcher (Tina), Melody Roeting (Terry) and Kelly Diehl (Rick); his cousins, Michael Haggerty II, Lena, Robert Crusen, Joseph and Cheryl Marcavage; and his caregivers, Ron Vereen, Natali, Maia, Khatuna and Lida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saul Colonial Home (3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Township, NJ 08690). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery (350 Province Line Rd, Wrightstown, NJ 08562).
