He is survived by: his wife Mary I Hartley; his daughter Mary Grace Hartley; his brother Richard; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Hartley, Frank Beer, Robert Beer and Michael Beer. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Great-Nieces and Great-Nephews.
