He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Breeland Shawn (Calvin) and April Hart Norman (Bobby); and his siblings, Thomas Brown Saladin Abd (Maria), Gloria Jones, Carolyn Johnson and Braneva Johnson. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
