He is survived by: his wife Nancy Webb Crucili; his daughters, Dana Pintinalli (Jason) and Kristen Crucili; his stepchildren, Craig Sheehan (Kim), Eric Sheehan and Tracy Machusak (Chris); his grandchildren, Brielle Harris, Jordan Pintinalli, Brendan, Nathan Sheehan, Kyle, Sean Machusak and Jason Machusak (Sammie); his great grandchild Autumn Teel-Scott; his sister Nadine; his brother-in-law Mark Adamson; and his nephews, Jarred Tucker and Justin Tucker (Erica).
