He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur P. Ackerman and Jennie Mary Kosko Ackerman; and his nephew Michael J. Dworak. He is survived by: his wife Denise E. Wagner Ackerman; his siblings, Brenda Ackerman Taylor and Keith Taylor; his daughters, Dana L. (Ricky Schneider), Kaitlyn R. (Michael DiBella) and Samantha E. Ackerman (Scott Yardley); his granddaughter Brea Rose Ackerman; his uncle Robert "Bobby"; and his aunts, Joann Ackerman of Apple Valley, CA and Patricia Coe of Ocala, FL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and many many wonderful friends.
