He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Scott Chase. He is survived by: his parents, Russell Berrien and Janet Edwards Berrien; his brother Kenneth Berrien; his wife Judith Hendrickson Berrien; his sons, Brian Gadus (Kirsten), Jonathan Berrien (Jamie) and Stephen Berrien (Stacey Marshall); his grandchildren, Sadie, Gunner, Camille Gadus, Raymond, Hattie Rose and Kenni Rose Berrien; and his siblings, Dennis Berrien, Blain Berrien (Deb), Belinda Kleinknecht (Chuck), Barbara Chase and Bonnie Jarvie (Phil). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
