He is survived by: his children, Michelle Renee Perkins of Chicago, Illinois, Michael Winton Perkins (Christine) of Upper Marlboro, Maryland and Lisa Marie Conrad (Trevor) of Norwalk, Connecticut.; his grandchildren, Kailey, Kaiden Winton Perkins of Upper Marlboro, Madeline and Charlotte Conrad of Norwalk; and his siblings-in-law, Jesse Thompkins (Judy) and Hellena Thompkins of Suffolk, VA. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
