He is survived by: his parents, Dewey D. Battis and Rosemarie A. Battis (Grillo); his sister Elizabeth; his brother-in-law Keith Liedtka; his wife Tracee Battis of Hamilton; his sons, Charlie D. Battis (Isabella) of Farmingdale, Anthony and Matthew Battis; his brother Robert D. Battis (Colleen Kelly); his grandson Charlie J. Battis of Farmingdale; and his nephews, Ryan Battis of Allentown, PA and Michael Battis of Tampa, FL. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and loving family members.
