She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Russo and Rebecca Russo (Decca). She is survived by: her husband Raymond Williams (Ray); her brother Carmen Russo (Karen Russo); and her siblings-in-law, Cynthia Newkirk, Lauretta Grisafi, Nancy Nicholoff and Richard Williams. She is also survived by spouses, along with many cousins, nieces, nephews, and so many friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in her memory to Capital Church.
