She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Mayernik and Anna Mayernik (late James A. Radice); and her sibling Francis Mayernik (Joyce). She is survived by: her husband James; her daughter Mary Christina; her son-in-law Achille Costantini of Hamilton; her sons, Robert (Suzi Radice) and Mark J. (Carlise Radice); her grandchildren, Lauren Costantini, Megan, Shawn Costantini-Morris, Heather, Jeff Breza, Bobby Radice (Angelina Cifelli), Nikki Radice, Amanda Radice, Mark Radice Jr. and Zachary Radice; and her great grandchildren, Lucy Day Costantini-Morris and Connor Francis Costantini-Morris. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
