He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Giuseppe, Anna Cannella, Michael and Ruth Anselmo; his uncle Vito Cannella; and his cousins, Anthony Rizzieri, Jr., Aldo Cavalli, Jr. and Eric.
He is survived by: his parents, Steven J. Anselmo and Geraldine Anselmo (Cannella); his brothers, Zach and Dalton Davis; his aunts and uncles, Sandra Cannella, Josephine (Anthony Rizzieri), Melchiorra (Aldo Cavalli), Frances (Eldon Laue), Patty (Mike Anselmo) and Angela (Daniel Schmidt); his great-aunt Jo De Stefani; his godfather James Serritella; and his cousins, Linda Cavalli Kunkle (Joel), Richard, Kim Rizzieri, Mary Rose, Christian Walter, Tina Krieg, John Cavalli, Eldon Laue, Joe, Ashley Laue, Frank, Aleksandra Laue, Michael, Alyssa Anselmo, Mary Elizabeth Anselmo, James Schmidt, Suzanne and Ed Manieri. He is also survived by many other cousins, family members, and friends.
