She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Slebodnik and Clara Slebodnik; her husband Joseph Anthony Chrzan; and her children, Joseph David Chrzan and Andrea Theresa Large.

She is survived by: her children, Alisande Chrzan and Christopher Chrzan (Kathleen); her son-in-law Douglas Large; and her grandchildren, Kelly Large, Christopher Chrzan II, Chelsey Saltandi (Francesca Saltandi) and Jonathan Chrzan.
