He was predeceased by: his father John R. Prihoda; and his brother Jack Prihoda. He is survived by: his sons, Francis X. Prihoda, Jr., Christopher B. Prihoda (Emily) and Kevin N. Prihoda (Christine); his grandson Carter; his mother Pauline Emily Prihoda; and his brothers, Robert and Richard Prihoda. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
