He was predeceased by: his parents, Andres Lopez and Antonia Lopez (Rodriguez); his sons, Elvin Rodriguez and Felix Negron; his siblings, Virginia Miranda, Guillermo Rodriguez and Rafa Rodriguez; and his granddaughters, Michelle and Nicole.
He is survived by: his wife Alice M. Rodriguez (Silva); his children, Enid Rodriguez, Evelyn Gomez, Nancy Rodriguez (Alexander), Diane Moore (Gary), David Negron, Sonia Choto, Francisco Rodriguez Jr. (Evelyn), Erick Rodriguez (Portia), Nicholas Rodriguez (Kate) and Andres Rodriguez (Jennifer); and his sisters, Aida and Mercedes. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
