He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Harris, Sr. and Joyce Weatherbee Harris. He is survived by: his sister Robin Stepler (Jeff) of Elsinboro; his sibling's children, Michael Stepler (Melissa) of Pennsville and Betsy Covaleskie (Will) of Barrington; his great-nieces, Hailey and Veronica; his great-nephew Mikey; and also Dennisville Lake Resort.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sister's House (7 Schrier Ave, Salem, NJ 08079).
