She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill G. Rigley and Dolores Rigley (Everett); and her brother Bill H. Rigley. She is survived by: her niece Danielle Rigley; and her cousin Wayne Everett, Sr..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Saul Colonial Home (3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Township, NJ 08690). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Gail's memory to First Presbyterian Church of Hamilton Square, 3550 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ 08690.
