Neil Sr. of Hamilton, New Jersey, born in Morrisville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 28, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Neil and Anna May Neil Lord; his stepfather Walter Lord; his wife Emma Neil; and his siblings, Viola Neild, Ann Immordino and Clarence Neil.

He is survived by: his children, Isabel Linda Craig (Jim), Christine Macmillan (Paul) and Harold Neil, Jr. (Becky); his grandchildren, Heather Morales (Gustavo), David Craig (Judy), Rebecca Farley, Brian (Cherice), Carl Macmillan (Hema), William Neil (Joanna) and Linda Donton (Shane); and his great grandchildren, Owen, Ethan Neil, Madison, Olive, Brynn Donton, Jada Macmillian, Ezra, Lucas Craig, Chloe Morales, Ryland, Eugene and Charlese Emma Farley. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

He last attended Community Gospel Chapel, Voorhees, NJ and since COVID was able to participate in the online services.
