With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James J. Acton Jr. of Hamilton, New Jersey, born in Trenton, New Jersey, who passed away on November 29, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. Sr. Acton and Veronica Acton; his wife Theresa E. Acton; and his brother Thomas Acton. He is survived by: his children, Michael (Carolyn Acton), James P. Acton, Joseph Acton (Lisa Acton), Maureen (Kent Smith) and Christine Acton; his grandchildren, Michael Jr., Jacob Acton (Alison), James P Acton Jr. and Courtney Smith; his great grandchild Lucy; and his sister-in-law Lorraine Acton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
