He is survived by: his wife Holly; his children, Ryan Howell (Ashley) and Tia Kelly (Brian); his grandchildren, Braxton, Raelynn Howell, Cameron, Brady and Shay Kelly; and his siblings, Michael Howell, Julie Pierson and Susan Cocallas.
