He is survived by: his parents, Michael Urbano and Antoinette Urbano (Pizza); his sister Lucille Santitoro (Urbano); his grandson Logan Anthony Anaya; his wife Barbara Urbano (Lukowicz); his daughter Andrea Marie; his son-in-law Jose Anaya; his son Michael Jerry; his daughter-in-law Hiyasmin Urbano; his brother Joseph; his siblings-in-law, Sue Urbano and Robert Santitoro; his stepgrandsons, Connor Michael Anaya, Joshua and Aiden Clites; his granddaughter Camryn Jade Urbano; his uncle Anthony; his aunt Isa Pizza; and his siblings-in-law, Bernadette Harrison, John T. Lukowicz, Jr. (Cyndi), Robert Lukowicz and Richard Lukowicz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousin, other relatives and dear friends.
