She was predeceased by: her husband Asher B. Grice; and her son Phillip A. Grice. She is survived by: her children, David J. Grice of Missouri, Albert E. Grice (Jackie) of Hamilton, Frederick H. Grice (Linda) of Hamilton, Steven A. Grice of Woodbridge, VA and Katherine S. Grice of Hamilton. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
