He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Fama and Jennie Fama. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fama; his children, Andrew Fama (Jennifer) and Stephanie Benitez (Miguel); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Aden Fama, Benicio and Julianna Benitez; his brothers, Peter Fama, Bill Fama (Adriana), Sam Fama and Bob Fama (Mary); and his nieces and nephews, Anthony, Robert, Vincent, Samantha, Jennifer, Nicole, Dan and Bill. He is also survived by his many extended family members and friends.
