He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hodge and Claire Hodge (Beysan); and his sister Donna Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Hodge (Guarnieri); his daughters, Heather and Michelle Hodge; and his siblings, Valerie (Robert "Bob" Pfaff), Maureen (Gary Pierson), Scott Hodge (Rae), Celeste (Frank Aragon), Vance Hodge and Lisa (Chris Parker). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.
