He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick J. McCormick Sr. and Ann Potocki McCormick; and his brother Patrick J. McCormick Jr.. He is survived by: his brother Joe (Bryce "The Bodyguard" Dowers); his wife Patrice Walsh McCormick; his daughters, Dawn McCormick Dahm and Kim Bejma; his grandchildren, Timothy, Tanner Dahm, Eric, Tyler, Antoinette and Alexis Bejma; his brother Joseph; his sisters-in-law, Nancy McCormick and Ellen McCormick; his close friend Josephine "Mommy Jo" Gagliardi; and his pets, Little Johnny and Pina Rose. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in John's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
