He was predeceased by: his parents, John Case and June Case (Hutchinson); and his sister Melissa Case. He is survived by: his brothers, Timothy Case (Pam) and Christopher Case (Joan); his niece Heather; and his nephews, Jason and Jonathan Case (Alessandra).
