He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gallagher and Elizabeth Gallagher. He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin Gallagher and Eileen Gallagher; his close friend Elizabeth Pane; his children, Joseph J. Gallagher Jr. and Michele; his son-in-law Richard Kitner; his daughter Danielle Gallagher; his grandchildren, Gabriel, Nicholas, Morgan and Samuel; and his former wife Amelia Gallagher. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
