He was predeceased by: his parents, Necker Tibere and Estazie Tibere (Petit-Frere); his daughter Solange Tibere; his siblings, Anthony Tibere, Marie Claire Tibere and Wilkie Tibere; and his brothers-in-law, Carlo Dieudonne and Simon Dieudonne.
He is survived by: his wife Adeline Tibere; his children, Ricardo Tibere, Bernick Tibere and Iyesis Gordon; his grandchildren, Abigaelle Exil, Fedelson Exil, Kasai Camillien, Isabelle Tibere and Sania Tibere; his siblings, Monique, Alourdes, Laura, Laurent, Fortefey and Fecker Tibere; and his brother-in-law Edouard Dieudonne.
Joseph proudly served as a machine operator in the HVAC industry, spending many years with Trane Technologies, as well as contributing his skills at The Carrier Foundation in Belle Mead, NJ.
