She is survived by: her sons, David S. Beans, Jr. and Anthony L. Jones (Kelsey Throckmorton); her mother Gloria J. Kusnirik (Angel Feliciano); her siblings, Deborah Oliver (Joseph), Jacki DiFranco (Louis) and Thomas Kusnirik (Pamela); and her sister-in-law Elizabeth "Betsy" Kusnirik. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brenna Funeral Home, Immordino Chapel (1799 Klockner Rd, Hamilton Township, NJ 08619). A prayer was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that memorial contributions be made to a GoFundMe established to support Joy's son, David, as he continues his master's degree at North Carolina State University.
