With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Kathleen M. Chrzanowski of Hamilton, New Jersey, born in Trenton, New Jersey, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Though Kathleen may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Kwietnieski and Elizabeth Kwietnieski; and her son Alexander Chrzanowski. She is survived by: her husband Gerald J. Chrzanowski; her sons, Gerald J. Jr. (Kelly) and Edward Joseph; her siblings, Edward Kwietnieski, Jr. (Carol) and Barbara; and her sister-in-law Darlene Deworocki Tilton. She is also survived by three grandchildren, one great grandchild, nieces, and many friends.
