He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth L. Vogel and Georgia Vogel; his former wife Belinda Sparks Vogel; and his stepdaughter Stephanie Benner. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ballard Vogel; his sons, Joshua Vogel (Angie) and Drew Vogel (Christine); his stepson John MacCalus (Julie); his grandchildren, Samantha, Jacob Benner, Dylan Vogel, Rio and Ace MacCalus; his siblings, Scott Vogel and Jan; his brother-in-law Jerry Paul; his son-in-law Elwood Benner; and his siblings' children, Chris Paul and Alison Bauer.
