He is survived by: his wife Pyong Su Kane of Hamilton; his son Michael E.; his daughter-in-law Meredith Kane of Mechanicsville, VA; his daughter Ellen T. Kane of Somerset; his grandson Elijah T. Kane of Mechanicsville, VA; and his sister Katie of California. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
