We announce the death of Lois D. Brand of Hamilton, New Jersey, born in Trenton, New Jersey, who passed away on August 21, 2026, at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Fournier and Harriet Fournier; her son David L. Brand; her sibling Marion Morreale (Salvatore Morreale); and her nephew John Stever.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Kathleen Brand; her grandsons, Jason and Joshua Brand; her nieces and nephews, Kathleen Stever, Deborah Gigliotti, Joe Gigliotti and Salvatore Morreale, Jr.; her great-nieces and great-nephews, John, Matthew Stever, Andrew, Eric, Miranda Krause and Megan Morreale; and her cousins, Janet and Julian "Tito" Prester.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors (650 Lawrenceville Rd, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Hedwig Church (872 Brunswick Ave, Trenton, NJ 08638). A burial was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Mary's Cemetery (1200 Cedar Ln, Trenton, NJ 08610).
In lieu flowers, donations to St Jude Children's Research Hospital and/or the American Diabetes Association in honor of her and her son.
