He is survived by: his parents, Martin F. Carey and Frances Carey (Burger); his wife Mary Jane T. "Mary" Carey; his children, Diane Pilot, Christine Rankel (Matt), Martin Carey, Jr. (Christiana) and Beth Lopez (Teddy); his grandchildren, Christian, Justin Pilot, Jewel, Melissa, Matthew Rankel and Daniel Lopez; and his brothers, Patrick Carey and Thomas Carey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and loving family members.
