He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Capone and Lena Capone (Marue); and his sisters, Mary C. Cardarelli, Margaret C. Girard and Helen C. Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Linda R. Capone; his son Michael, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Victoria Capone of Poolesville, MD; his daughter Kimberly; his son-in-law David Santitoro of Bordentown; his grandchildren, Michael Capone, III of Poolesville, MD and Sunny Marie Scrima of Addison, TX; his brother Nicholas; and his sister-in-law Annamarie Capone of Hamilton. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and loving family members.
