He was predeceased by: his father Hugh A. Dooey; his sister Patricia Comisky; and his sister-in-law Joyce Ann Traub. He is survived by: his wife Patty Dooey (Bernardi); his sister Cathy McAuliffe (Phil) of Hamilton, NJ; and his nephews, Eric Comisky, Michael and Adam Traub (Qinglan).
