He is survived by: his wife Leslie Cheng of Hamilton, NJ; his children, Nicholas Cheng of Hamilton, NJ and Jessica Cheng of New York, NY; his brother Yichao George Cheng (Jen Mei) of Hamilton, NJ; his niece Kathy Cheng of Hamilton, NJ; his nephews, Kevin Cheng (Irene) of Cliffside Park, NJ and Eric Cheng (Jeanneri); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mya and Zoe of Hamilton, NJ; his sister Julie Lo (Louis) of New York, NY; his nieces and nephews, Aki Lo of Pasadena, CA and Logan Lowe; his nibling Glennis Shih (Sunny); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Liam and Ewan of New York, NY; his sister Chiumon Cheng (Yaokuang Lin); his nibling Jackey Lin (Lisa Lee); his great-nieces, Cindy and Emma; his nibling Yikai Lin (Huiping Sheng); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Peini of Taiwan and Yuanhao of Taiwan; Nate of New York, NY.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, family services and internment will be held privately. The period of mourning will be private.
