He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Woodhead and Helen Meisner Woodhead; and his sister Elizabeth Harding. He is survived by: his wife Carol Woodhead (Kemler); his sons, Jason Woodhead (Lindsay), Ryan Woodhead (Erin) and Jon Woodhead (Tara); his grandchildren, Aidan, Caitlin, Nora, Logan and Tessa; his siblings, William Woodhead of Sarasota, FL and Gloria; and his siblings-in-law, Stephen Iorio of Sarasota, FL, Colleen Marsley (Robert), Jack Kemler (Annette) and Robert Kemler (Miriam). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
