Woolverton (Kristine); his grandchildren, Melissa Connor (Kevin), Christopher Woolverton (Laura), Douglas Woolverton (Shari Puorto), Lyssa Rickard (Ken), Samantha Antoine, Abbey Fariss (Mitch), Kahra Varall (Matthew) and Adam Woolverton; and his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Morgan, Marcus, Bennett, Everett, Joel, Hope, Zoe, Freddy, Elise, Ezekiel, Sophia and Kailani. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
