She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Kinsky and Anna Kinsky (Rachinsky); and her husband Michael R. Usarzewicz. She is survived by: her family Rita; her sister Janet (Michael Tomatore); her sister-in-law Clara Durak; her sons, Michael, Steven (Lori) and Alex (Kristin Usarzewicz); her grandchildren, Jordan (Ray Gamache), Brittany (Christopher Gero), Morgan (Christopher Gordon) and Lindsay (John Gallelli); and her great grandchildren, Jolie, Anneliese Gamache, Christopher Gero, Madison and Hailey Gallelli. She is also survived by her niece, nephews, great nieces, great nephews; and her cousins.
