He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Welsh and Bernadette Johannes Welsh; and his brother Gary Welsh. He is survived by: his wife Gina Urbani Welsh; his daughters, Erin Welsh Wheeler (Wayne) and Beth Welsh Smith (Adam); his grandsons, Anderson and Bennett Smith; his siblings, Richard Welsh (Rosetta), Linda Vrancik (Ed), William "Billy" Welsh (Lisa), Michael Welsh (Jeanine) and Patrick Welsh (Anna); and his brother-in-law Lee Urbani (Dawn). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.
