Sidney Maffei Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on June 4, 2021, at the age of 95, Sidney Maffei of Hamilton, New Jersey, born in Trenton, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rocco Maffei and Angelina Maffei (Gallo); his former wife Alvera Maffei (Morgante); and his brother Pasquale. He is survived by: his brothers, Carl and Emilio Maffei; his wife Althea "Billi" Taylor (Hoffman); his children, Richard Maffei (Kathleen), Sindy Odas and Michael Maffei; his stepchildren, Kelly Fortuna and Jim Taylor (Shannon); and his grandchildren, Richard Maffei, Jr., Jaime (Greg Kravitz), William J. Odas, Joseph S. Odas (Lauren), Michael Maffei (Jeri), Carla (Shimpei Nishikura), Michael Fortuna and Justin Taylor. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
