He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Korostoff and Celia Korostoff; and his sister Susan Korostoff. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie; his children, Melissa Sandler, Matthew Korostoff (Stephanie Chao), Jenny Araujo (Mick Araujo) and Sarah Mariano (Matt Mariano); and his grandchildren, Eviana Sandler, Myles Sandler and Samantha Araujo.
