She is survived by: her parents, George Dick and Molly Roberts (Stark); her sons, Ian A. Welby of Philadelphia, PA and Benjamin L. Welby of Nevada; her close friend Daniel Spalluto of Hamilton Square; her grandson Domenico Price of Philadelphia; her pets, Millie and Buddy; April Price of Philadelphia. She is also survived by many loving brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.
