Newcomb of Virginia Beach and Alicia M. Newcomb of Virginia Beach; his mother Barbara Newcomb (Ininger) of Hamilton; his grandchildren, Miles, Grayson and Charlotte; and his siblings, Barbara C. Kocicz (Mark) of Wisconsin, Sharon M. DeBlasio (Joseph) of Hamilton, James M. Newcomb (Christy) of Hamilton and John D. Newcomb of Hamilton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
