She was predeceased by: her significant other William Paolello Sr.; and her siblings, Mary Louise Gunter, Patricia Jackamonis, Jean Manes and Barrie Shay.

She is survived by: her daughter Karen Simonsen Carol (Jim); her sister Eleanor Heggan; her grandchildren, Dominic Midure, Joey Zarrella, Kenneth, William Simonsen, Mitchell, Austin and Daniel Paolello; and her extended family, Natalie and Ann. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project 4899 Belfort Road Suite 300 Jacksonville, FL 32256.
