He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Anne DeStefano; and his parents, Pasquale Charles and Alice L. DeStefano. He is survived by: his sons, Pasquale C. "Pat" DeStefano, III (Kelly), Dante DeStefano (Kristin) and Matthew DeStefano (Kim); his brother David A. DeStefano; and his grandchildren, Kayla Cabanero, Emma DeStefano, Collin DeStefano, Hannah DeStefano and Maxwell DeStefano.
