It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fernando Melendez of Hammonton, New Jersey, who passed away on November 28, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Blas Melendez and Maria Melendez; his daughter Lydia Melendez; and his siblings, Rafael, Angelo, Hilda Torres and Blas, Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Blanca Melendez; his children, Fernando Melendez, Jr., Julia M. Rian, John O. Melendez and Lisa Melendez; his siblings, Gloria Stewart and Raul Melendez; and his grandchildren, Louis Melendez, Ariel Melendez and Alyssa Melendez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
